Multi-site management software for restaurants and groups: Each site its day, head office the whole group.

For restaurant groups, bakery chains and franchised or company-owned networks: each site has its own forecast, orders and rota; head office sees them all, on the same data, to compare sites without mixing them up.

The service check-in

from 10:00 to 14:20

01 / THE DAY

One day, three readings.

Before opening, before ordering, after service.

  1. The group, first thing in the morning

Head office reads each site’s alerts before opening.

  2. Ordering

Each site prepares its own; head office sees what every site needs.

  3. The service check-in

Each site against its forecast, and the ones with an issue to sort out.

02 / THE MODULES

Six modules, seen from the group.

What each site reads, what head office reads.

  1. Forecasting

One forecast per site, the same method for all.

  2. Stock

Each site prepares its orders; head office sees what every site needs.

  3. Recipe costing

One recipe card across the group, costed at each site’s purchase prices.

  4. Scheduling

At head office, the make-up of each site’s teams.

  5. Profitability

For head office, each site’s gross margin; for each site, its own.

  6. HACCP

The same checks everywhere; at head office, the overdue ones.

03 / THE OBJECTION

“Our sites are nothing alike.”

Head office’s question

One shared method, read site by site.

Each site has its own forecast, drawn from its history, its weather, its events and its calendar, with the same method for all. And each one is compared with its own theoretical cost: a different sales mix gives a different ratio.

05 / HEAD OFFICE

Each site sees its day. Head office sees the group.

Forecasts, purchasing, overdue checks, margins, and the detail of each site. In a bakery chain, the central bakery sees the total to produce across all shops, and the ingredients to order.

What is multi-site restaurant management software?

It is software where each site prepares its service, and head office sees the whole group on the same data. With Enskel, each site has its own forecast, orders, rota and checks; head office sees the forecasts, purchasing, overdue checks and margins, with the detail of each site. Six modules, one system: forecasting, stock, recipe costing, scheduling, food safety and margins.

How do you compare sites that are nothing alike?

Each against itself. Each site has its own forecast, drawn from its history, with the same method for all; each one is compared with its own theoretical cost, since a different sales mix gives a different ratio. Head office then reads the gaps site by site. The method and the indicators are set out in the guide to running several sites.

Can recipe cards be shared?

Yes. One recipe card serves the whole group, costed at each site’s purchase prices: the same dish, to the gram, everywhere, and each site’s food cost. A changed card does not rewrite the past; each version keeps its period. The recipe costing module gives the detail.

Stock moves between our sites: is that tracked?

Deliveries, stock counts and transfers are part of the stock data tracked. Each site prepares its orders from its own stock and its own forecast; head office sees what every site needs. See the stock and ordering module.

And a bakery chain with a central bakery?

Each shop has its own forecast and sees its day; the central bakery sees the total to produce across all shops, and the ingredients to order. The cost of each item is tracked across the group. The bakeries page sets out the bakehouse day.

And a franchise network?

The franchisee runs their restaurant: their forecast, their purchasing, their food cost, against their own theoretical cost. Head office sees what the franchise agreement says will be shared, to compare sites and help them. The quick service and franchises page shows the group as head office sees it, quarter hour by quarter hour.

Who sees what?

Everyone has their own access: group management sees every site; the manager, their site; each team member, on their phone, their rota and their checks.

Do all sites need to start at once?

No. A group starts with one pilot site: three months free, on every module except food safety. The site’s history is checked before starting; the other sites follow, at the pace you set. Popina is already connected; for another POS, we look at the connection with you. Pricing is per site per month.
