For restaurant operations teams: Every service forecast, every site prepared.

Enskel forecasts the sales of every service, site by site, and derives the orders and schedules from them. Each manager approves their own; head office sees the whole network, on the same data.

from 07:30 to 10:00

01 / THE DAY

One day, three readings.

Before opening, in the morning, in the afternoon.

  1. The group, first thing in the morning

Each site’s alerts, read before opening.

  2. Ordering

Calculated from the forecast; each site prepares its own, head office sees everyone’s needs.

  3. The teams

Expected footfall against roles and availability; the manager stays in charge.

02 / THE MODULES

Where to start. The modules, in operations order.

  1. Forecasting

Sales for every service, by time slot and by product, for each site.

  2. Stock

The need for each ingredient and the quantity to order, site by site.

  3. Scheduling

Each site’s team line-up, against expected footfall.

  4. HACCP

The same checks everywhere; at head office, the overdue ones.

  5. Recipe costing

One recipe card across the group, costed at each site’s purchase prices.

  6. Profitability

For head office, each site’s gross margin; for each site, its own.

03 / THE OBJECTION

“Every site does things its own way.”

One shared method, read site by site.

Each site has its own forecast, drawn from its history, its weather, its events and its calendar, with the same method for all. Head office compares sites on the same data: see managing a multi-site network.

04 / HEAD OFFICE

Each site sees its day. Head office sees the group.

Forecasts, purchases, overdue checks, margins, and the detail of every site.

Does each site have its own forecast?

Yes. Each site has its forecast, drawn from its history, its weather, its events and its calendar, with the same method for all. Each forecast says how accurate it is, and it is compared with actual sales after the service. Details are in the Forecasting module.

Who decides on orders and schedules?

Your managers. Enskel calculates what needs ordering; the manager approves and places the order. Scheduling matches expected footfall with roles, skills and availability; constraints, preferences and special situations stay in the manager’s hands.

How do you start on a network?

With one pilot site: three months free, on every module except HACCP, then the other sites follow. Enskel is in place one week after the till is connected. The price is set per site and per month, depending on the packages chosen: see pricing.

Which POS do I need?

Popina is connected. Your till isn’t Popina? Tell us which one: we look into the connection with you; the timing depends on its vendor. You don’t change tills: Enskel reads your sales. The integrations page gives the connection status.
