COMPARISON 03 / 04

Enskel or Nory: what each vendor publishes

Enskel and Nory both forecast restaurant activity to derive orders and schedules. According to both vendors’ pages, read on 4 November 2026, Nory adds UK payroll (filings with HMRC) and connects to POS and accounting software such as Toast, Square, Xero or QuickBooks; Enskel adds HACCP logs, connects to the Popina POS and publishes its prices.

What they have in common

Both products start from a forecast of activity to decide what to order and to build staff schedules; Nory says it checks inventory “against forecasted demand” before creating orders, and builds schedules “based on forecast”; Enskel’s schedule starts from the expected footfall for each service.

Where they differ

The market: Nory is published by a Dublin-based company, presents payroll compliant with UK rules and states that it operates in the United States; its integrations include Toast, Square, Xero or QuickBooks. Enskel connects today to the Popina POS and describes its HACCP logs according to the French food safety management plan.

Scope: Nory goes as far as payroll, which is not among Enskel’s six modules. Enskel keeps HACCP logs on a tablet, which the Nory pages read on 4 November 2026 do not present.

Prices: Enskel publishes the price of each package; Nory’s pricing page invites you to get in touch, without an amount.

How to choose

Start with the POS and payroll: software that cannot read your sales cannot forecast anything, and payroll is chosen according to the country’s law. Then check that the forecast goes down to the level you need, the hour or the product. The staff scheduling guide explains how to start from footfall; the comparison of twelve software tools places the vendors present in France.
